Are you new to yoga and curious about it?

Yoga also has many nonphysical benefits to it too! Some of the results from this practice can help you neutralize negative thoughts and gain mental clarity in the cloudy areas of your life.

  • We will discuss what your physical capabilities are and build a foundation. Yoga can mean a lot of different things to people. If you are new yoga we will keep it simple.

  • According to the American Osteopathic Association and Johns Hopkins Medicine, your body will respond with improvements to your flexibility, muscle strength/tone, metabolism, breathing, energy, vitality, weight loss, back pain, heart health, stress, arthritis and sleep.

Most of us are familiar with mediation because we’ve read or heard about it. Would you like to know more and make it part of your daily routine?

Having curiosity is a great place to start. It can add value to your life and help you respond to the distractions society throws at you. Maybe there are certain areas of your life that are no longer serving you. Wherever you’re at, there’s no right or wrong way,  just options to choose from. 

Best of all, it can be done from anywhere!

  • After some discovery questions, we can start with an easy and convenient setting to ensure you are feeling completely calm and ready for what’s to come.

  • Meditation can help ease anxiety, help you feel calmer and more grounded while you experience a sense of well-being and enhance your self-awareness. The physical impact may be noticed with changes in your sleep, weight, respiratory system, and more!

My packages include a combination of wellness coaching, yoga, and meditation delivered through zoom or in-person.

Since the package is completely tailored to your individual needs, you can decide how much of each element you would like to have in your bespoke package.
